We deliver billiards supplies to all the Canary Islands from our base in Los Realejos, Tenerife.

Delivery prices
Delivery is priced by the total weight of your order and costs the same to every island.

The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12:00, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day. Delivery times start from dispatch. Deliveries to La Gomera, El Hierro and La Graciosa may take an extra day or two.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the Canary Islands only. Need something sent to mainland Spain or abroad? Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Large items
Some items – such as billiard lamps, cushion rubber, one-piece cues, rests and table cloth – are too long or bulky for standard parcel delivery. For these we’ll contact you with a delivery quote, or you can collect them free of charge from Los Realejos.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos before unpacking any further and contact us within 48 hours at philipp@canarybilliards.com or on 642 17 00 48. This does not affect your legal rights – see our Returns & Refunds page.
